Thursday, May 12 saw the first complaint filed with the newly opened Civilian Oversight Board. The family involved claims their home was invaded without warning, smoke bombs filled the home, a family member were forced to stand outside half naked for more than 30 minutes. No arrests were made.
CAPCR and Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment held a press conference with the family filing the complaint.
